| The Extrusion department is equipped with plants, machines and equipment supplied by the American Company Wenger. The extrusion plant has a productive potential equal to 9 T/h, where the dog food is formulated according to different recipes to meet different diet needs, while a 7 T/h plant produces cat food.BR>The Packaging department for extruded products is equipped with robotized lines, machines and equipment supplied by following Companies: Vai, Concetti, Betti, Futura. Output from 4 T/h to 12 T/h depending on the weight in grams (400g - 20kg) and the kind of packages. The pasta- and biscuit-making department is equipped with 3 pasta manufacturing plants, machines and equipment supplied by Braibanti, Bhuler, Axor Companies, while concerning biscuits, the department is completed with plants, machines and equipment supplied by Laser and Polin Companies. The productive potential of the manufacturing lines for normal and cooked pasta is equal to T/h. The productive potential of the manufacturing plants for biscuits and snacks is equal to 0.3 T/h. The packaging department for pasta products is equipped with a robotized line, machines and equipment supplied by Vai and Futura Companies, output 1200 packages/hour. The packaging department for biscuits and snacks consists of machines and equipment supplied by Concetti and Betti Companies, output 1400 packages/hour.. |
