NUTRITIONAL PROGRAM

Senior 5+ is a feed conceived for the best nourishing supply to less active dogs, from the age of 5 and up. This product is carefully balanced for a less active life. It has a controlled content of energy and proteins that guarantees at any rate a high biological value and an energetic concentration of the specific nourishing contents in order to satisfy all needs related to the specific metabolism of senior dogs. The correct relation between fatty acids Omega 6 and Omega 3, in synergy with the antioxidant vitamins E and C and those of the B-group, strengthens the dog's immune system. In fact especially the vitamin E has an antioxidant effect to preserve the bodily tissues and the cell membranes from the oxidant damages due to free radicals, responsible for the aging process. Besides the presence of L-carnitine and Biothyne helps the correct functions of the nervous system and of the cardiovascular apparatus in senior dogs. The balanced relation between the polyunsaturated fatty acids OMEGA 3 (EPA, DHA and fish is particularly rich of them) has also an anti-inflammatory effect that, together with Glucosamine and Vitamin C (precursor of endogenous chondroitin sulphate) prevents the degeneration of the cartilaginoid tissues thanks to a protective action on the joints. Carefully selected first quality ingredients such as fish and rice, guarantee high digestibility and appetability, high nourishing value, easy absorption. Senior 5+ is a complete particularly light feed that can be daily taken even by senior dogs who need to prevent sensibilizing phenomena due to food.

Ingredients: Cereals (rice 14% min.), fish and fish by-products (14% min.), meat and meat derivatives (chicken 4% min.), oils and fats, vegetable by-products, yeasts, minerals, PUFA (Polyunsaturated Fatty acids Omega 6 from fish and vegetable oils sources), glucosamine, L-carnitine, antioxidants and preservatives: permitted EEC Additives.

Directions: Give a daily ration of Senior 5+ according to the weight of the dog, dishing it out in different meals. Slightly adapt the suggested rations on the table according to the dog's conditions and activities. Senior 5+ is a balanced and complete feed and therefore it needn't any integrations. Give the product as it is or rehidrated. Let your dog always have a bowl of fresh water. Accustom gradually your dog to Senior 5+ in a short time.
